CSR is a broadly defined topic suffused with assorted and confusing terms and ideas, which can be difficult to incorporate into the everyday activities of the company. Through our in-house training sessions for 1 to 15 employees, we bring you up to speed on the fundamental concepts of CSR and the industry-specific challenges of sustainable management.

Employee workshops

All in the same boat? Within a company, many people have jobs that are relevant to CSR – everyone actually. But, even within just the circle of higher-level employees, there is a broad diversity of responsibilities and profiles: from human resources personnel to risk managers to the environmental officer.

The matter of CSR training can be simplified by bringing employees together in workshops. Then, frequent questions like, “How should we approach this?” and “What aspects are important and relevant for us?” can be discussed all at once.

In order to keep this process efficient, we prepare the workshops thoroughly in advance, provide information to the participants beforehand and define clear objectives.
