Corporate identity comprises the entirety of the company’s presentation internally and externally, and includes the areas of corporate design (the visual presentation), corporate communication (incl. all communication measures) and corporate behavior (the conduct of the employees).

The corporate identity is based on the behavior of the company and its corporate culture, and is conveyed to the outside through communication media and measures, e.g. annual reports, CSR reports, campaigns, events and websites etc. The identity is expressed through both content and language.

The appearance of the communication media and measures is based on the corporate design.
