Brand strategy

Developing a brand strategy requires taking an intensive look at the company itself. A thorough analysis is part of the process, including perception analysis to determine how the company sees itself, and how it is seen from the outside. Does the company have a vision? A mission? On the basis of the vision and the mission, we can determine the values that drive the company. These values are then brought into form through key differentiators, such as “service” or “competencies”. From these factors, we derive customer benefits, which in turn are used to formulate a brand claim. Now, the claim has to be communicated. How do we reach the target group? What is the core message? How is the company structured? How does the company position itself? We consider these questions closely in order to develop an ideal, long-term brand strategy for your company.
